Use and classification of protective film

Mar. 29, 2019

The protective film is classified into Polyolefin Shrink Film, Cross Linked Film, POF Micro-perforated Film, 15Mic POF Micro-perforated Film, and the like.

Uses of protective film: glass protective film, electronic product protective film, automotive protective film, household protective film, food wrap film, etc. In fact, there are many protective films in the living or working range, similar to those mentioned above.

Cross Linked Film contains hydrogen-free silicone oil, which is non-toxic and tasteless. It has a reactive active gene. Under the action of a catalyst, it can react with genes such as double bonds and hydroxyl groups. It is the basic raw material for foam stabilizers, defoamers and water-soluble silicone oils. It can be used as a water repellent and can be crosslinked into a film at a low temperature in the presence of a metal salt catalyst. The film formed on the surface of various materials is water-repellent and can be used as a waterproofing agent for fabrics, glass, ceramics, paper, leather, metal, cement, marble, and the like.

Polyolefin Shrink Film

Polyolefin Shrink Film optimizes raw material formulation and polymerization process. The synthetic water-based resin has the characteristics of adjustable carboxyl content, small particle size, easy to be soluble in water, and easy to be compatible with multivalent metal crosslinkers. The wood lacquer produced by the resin has the characteristics of normal temperature and quick drying, high hardness, good adhesion, excellent resistance to high temperature back tack, simple application, low cost and good stability.
